The AC-Quartz system is a seamless, highly durable, and decorative floor resurfacing solution designed for commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. It combines 100% solids, clear AC-Epoxy with specially blended colored quartz aggregates—available in fine (40 mesh) or coarse (25 mesh)—which are broadcast into the resinous matrix to enhance strength and aesthetics.
Available in single (1/16″), double, and slurry (1/8″-3/16″) broadcast systems, AC-Quartz offers exceptional resistance to chemicals, stains, and abrasion. For slab-on-deck applications, it can be paired with AC-Flex Epoxy, an elastomeric hybrid that serves as a high-build waterproofing membrane. Additionally, the system is available with MicroBlok, an optional antimicrobial additive for enhanced hygiene and protection.
